Registration Fee includes:
- - Access to the scientific sessions, poster area and commercial exhibition
- - Welcome reception: Wednesday 26th 19:30-22:00h (light refreshments at the congress venue)
- - Coffee and lunch breaks (at the Congress venue)
- - Congress documents (Congress bag, scientific program and related publications)
- - Joint EPC-ESGE Workshop and Postgraduate Course From Bench to Bedside on Wednesday (when managing you registration you can choose if you intend to attend any of them)
EPC Evening (Friday 28th): 21:00-23:00h. Restaurante San Francisco.
You can sign up for the EPC Evening when managing your registration on the platform. EPC Evening is not included in the registration fee, the price is 75€.
If you have already processed your registration for the congress and want to register for the dinner, you must send an email to registrationepc@cyex.es
Cancellation and Name Change Policy
It must be requested by email at registrationepc@cyex.es
All refunds will be made after the meeting.
The following rules shall apply:
Name changes: they will cost €40 (VAT included). Name changes must be made within the same quota. Name changes may be made up to 10 days before the start of the meeting, they will not be processed from that date.
Cancellations: cancellations may be made up to 30 days before the start of the meeting, giving the right to a refund of the amount paid, except for €60 (VAT included) for administrative costs. From that date on, they will have 100% expenses. Refunds will be made one month after the Meeting.
Forms of Payment
Registration fees can be paid in the following ways:
Bank transfer: To the name of DATA EVENTS SERVICES S.L to the IBAN account ES82/0182/4651/9502/0154/4006 of Banco Santander.
A copy of the transfer should be sent together with the registration form. Please do not send transfers after 17th June 2024, as there is a risk that they will not be received before the congress.
Credit card: Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted paying by the platform.
